Job description
- Work with data bases
- Support for Consultants
- Responsible for searching and selecting candidates for leading foreign and Russian companies
- Maintaining and developing relationships with candidates
- Developing candidates' database - networking, taking references, direct approach
- Arranging and conducting interviews with candidates
- Back-up for consultants
- Any other support activity within a team

Who we are looking for
- Higher education from TOP 10 Universities
- Good command of English
- Analytical skills, team-player's skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Communicative skills
- Very open-minded, proactive and high potential person
