Job description
- Selecting and interviewing specialists for the job openings of the Clients
- Recruitment consultancy in career development and current job opportunities
- Business development activities in a chosen recruitment area
- Establishing and developing long-term relationship with new clients
- Manage the team on day to day base
- Be responsible for setting up Team KPIs and ensure high quality processes
- P&L based department management
- Work with existing clients to offer them high quality long-term solutions
- Overview of the job and labor market

Who we are looking for
- Higher Degree in Finance or Econmics
- Fluent English
- Professional experience as Senior/Lead Consultant, Manager or Director in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Good multitasking ability and project management skills
- Active, result-oriented, initiative personality and ability to work in an fast pace
