The Finance Manager Russia and CIS is a full-time position based in the CIS office in Moscow.

Key responsibilities:
- Monthly Financial Reporting and analysis of financial statements in US GAAP and RAS
- Local Financial Reporting as per Russian statutory financial and tax reporting requirements (including VAT, import duty, etc.)
- Translation of Russian accounts to US GAAP and relevant reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions.
- Provision of information to local management to support business decisions and analysis, effective communication with the General Manager and Operational Manager, etc.
- Provision of leadership to the finance function to introduce best practice procedures for financial reporting processes, supervision and development of the finance team
- Internal control maintenance with internal policies and SOX requirements
- Accounting policies and reporting requirements implementation
- Explanation of variances compared to budget and forecast
- Tax and treasury planning
- Management of credit limits for Russian distributors, and distributors in other CIS countries
- Interface with lawyers for various ad hoc requirements
- Coordination of Payroll with external service provider
- Liaison with internal and external auditors
- Oversee inventory counts and ensure that results are correctly processed
- Oversee local IT support
- Support the local organization for general administration requirements

Reporting Relation:
- Direct line to Finance Director the region, based in the UK.
- Strong doted reporting line to the General Manager of CIS

Интересующий нас профиль :
- University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other related subject
- Western accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.) completed or in progress
- Strong Finance and Accounting technical skills
- Experience with US GAAP or IFRS in international organizations
- Proficient knowledge of RAS
- Financial accounting software experience (SAP or other equivalent ERP system)
- Minimum 5 years finance/accounting in supervisory/managerial role
- Excellent practical knowledge of planning and budgeting
- Good communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and numerical skills, sound business judgment
- Pharma/Medical experience and previous audit experience is a plus
- Fluent English is a must
