Reporting Relationship: to MD CEE - Senior Vice President Emerging Markets CEE
General Description: Managing Director of the leasing and vendor financing business in Russia, responsible for a team of 15 FTE.

Location: Moscow, Russia

Role Profile
- Responds to and anticipates client desires and needs, aimed towards realizing client value.
- Is actively focused on setting and achieving objectives for the organization.
- Determines targets and priorities and to indicate the actions, time and resources required to reach those targets
- Ensures that all agreements made especially deadlines agreed to are met.

- Acts in an entrepreneurial way balancing the interests of the clients and the organization.
- Works towards a win-win situation; a result that is advantageous for both parties in the negotiations.
- Establishes relationships and (informal) networks that are aimed at realizing the organization's or the division's objectives.
- Inspires, encourage and facilitate a team/group so that its members are enabled and desire to contribute to a collective result.
- Has a positive influence on others by virtue of presentation and image.

Интересующий нас профиль :
- Relevant education to minimum equivalent of Masters - MBA level and 10 years minimum of relevant experience;
- Minimal 7/8 years managerial experience, of which at least 5 years in a commercial managerial role with a preference for candidates with direct profit responsibility;
- Experience within a customer driven international financial services organization or with financing within a manufacturing organization;
- Experience with vendor leasing is desirable
- Knows how to create added value to the business, understands what drives business' revenue;
- Has worked in an international matrix organization;
- Has had been responsible for a change project in a process driven organization;
- International orientation through preferably having already worked outside native country;
- Preferably willing to relocate internationally
- Excellent English both spoken and written, plus (notions of) Russian should be an asset.

- Can motivate staff to pursue stretch targets as a team without knowing upfront all details of how these will be achieved.
