Job description
The job will be responsible for the identification, design and implementation of compensation programmes and policies within complex projects with best Russian and international companies. This will involve analysis, research and the complete review of the existing reward framework, with recommendations for improvement. Main contact people on the Client side will be C-level employees what will require capability and skills to act as business partner to resolve their needs.
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years experience in a private business environment, preferably consultancy;
- Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills;
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to think creatively and develop solutions;
- A strong drive to achieve and develop themselves, their colleagues and clients;
- Initiative for driving our business forward;
- An ability to work under pressure and to be proactive, highly customer & results oriented;
- Background in Business Administration would be beneficial though not necessary;
- Fluent English is a must
