Job description
The main aim of the role is to develop HR practice at Michael Page, Russia by developing own business within it.

Responsibilities:

- Develop Michael Page services with a focus on high quality, long term solutions
- Develop relations with Clients to establish long term relations
- Selecting, interviewing applicants for different HR positions in both international and respected local companies
- Work out hiring strategy with Client
- Consult Client on any related business issues
- Represent Michael Page at industry conferences and events.

Who we are looking for
- higher education
- minimum 2-3 years experience in business environment
- experience both in internal HR and recruitment is a plus
- fluent English
- open-minded, creative, stress resistant and innovative personality
- wish and ability to bring and develop own business
- strong team player and manager
